Amused!!!!

After eons of not checking my nie email account cos I redirected my blackboard email to my gmail account, here's what surfaced....

"This is to inform you that you have won a pair of tickets to Angela Chang Campus Concert! Kindly collect your tickets personally with your matriculation/staff/NIE card on 22 March (Wed), at the booth that will be set up next to Canteen A. The time for collection is 10.00am to 12.30pm."

Wahahaha!!!! I vaguely remember Qing and I registering for this one day while waiting for CED class to start or something.. and I can't even remember why I didn't check this mail. Stups man!!!!!!

I have yet to complete my heart wringing series but I think I shall take a break from it because, it is THE time of the month, and watching such shows will probably make me feel like I need x423412 more love than normal.

Sometimes unknowingly I tend to think in a certain direction and dwell in being a pessimistic person but yet I cannot quite express myself the way I want it to come out.

So I'll just tell myself to look on the bright side of life, and instead of wasting time complaining, why not just be happy right?

But I can't! I try, but it's so tough.

Some things just can't be ignored. It can be compromised but how much is the limit.

Then again, I read off my favourite blog that if you're in a rut then you'll soon be out of it. Alrighty I hope so : )

Episode 7: My heart is so wringed up I want to make a slit so as to unwring it. As cliched as it may sound, the guy enveloped the girl into his big jacket and they hugged for eternity. AWWWWWWWW.

I'm a real sucker for such sappy shows but they make me want to watch more as the guy does something really unrealistic for the girl. Haha but you know how it makes your heart feel right. Like you can't really breathe!!!!

I figured, watching such shows will make a single girl feel that she wished her future boyfriend would do such sweet sweet stuffs for her. A girl who has found her love however, will probably want her boyfriend to do such sweet sweet stuff but she can only hope because frankly it will hardly come true!

Jason's take on the show after watching 1/6 of an episode : Boyfriends who watch this show will their girlfriends will regret their whole life.

HAHHAHAHAHAAHAHAH. Hmmmm.

It is bringing me to the brink of insanity to see pictures of my favourite family! Haha ok I'm exaggerating but DAMN CUTE CAN?? I am in absolute love with Cruz Beckham.

Anyway back to the main man of the family, his goal last night was sensational. The man himself was sensational!!!! So he brought England to the next round. I hope they can hold out for the next match!

We're almost nearing the end of June!!! *gags*

This past month has been quite a blur? I've been working a bit, other than that just bumming around and yea watching a few world cup matches here and there. Needless to say, I am still an England supporter and am now waiting for their round 2 match to begin.

Highlight of the month would have had to be last thursday cos I prepared a mini picnic!!!!! Jason and I made our way up to Mount Faber and ate the stuff I prepared. For starters we had some fruit salad, then baked pasta for the main, and some jelly to end. Took me 3-4 hours to prepare. GEEZ. Cos I went and stuffed tuna into each and every piece of pasta! That itself took me an hour. But all worth the effort : ) The night ended with drinks at Altivo facing Sentosa and HarbourFront and a walk down the hill itself with my cutlery clanging in the paperbag. : ))

June has also been the month of the Great Singapore Sale. Baddd for Angie. I have already lost track of what I've bought during this period. Haha a short trip to centrepoint this evening brought me home with a Pour Moi bra and a tube from Mango. The Mango sale wasn't anything fantastic, perhaps cos the better buys have already been snapped up. But oh wells, it's alright.

Another piece of exciting news, Jason and I have booked out tickets to go on a holiday!!!! Jetstar had great offers so we snapped up 2 tickets for ourselves. : ) The chosen location had 2 purposes: To get our NDS sets, and to go to Ocean Park. Yay I am sooo excited!

The match is gonna start now. Cheerios!

Time is passing damnnn slow.

My legs are screaming in agony from having walked heaps throughout the entire day, and I feel half dead but no I CANNOT lie on that inviting couch. Because once I do, I'm a goner.

I ran my errands today and got a huge hole burned it my pocket. The trip to the doctors cost me a little over 100 dollars! I heaved in big gulps of air and told myself it's for my face dammit! Haha sighh and my routine does not change. It still takes about 20 minutes per routine. But let's hope my remaining scars go away and I'll get an entirely smooth and rosy face. : )

So because of that huge hole that was burnt, I am forced to forgo my upcoming mango sale (ARRGGGHHH) in lieu of the possible holiday plans ahead. This is absolutely against my will and it is breaking my tradition of being present at every single mango sale bright and early in the morning. In short, TA MA DE!

Nonetheless despite returning home with sore legs, I was greeted with DUNKIN DONUTS. yooohoooo!!!!!!!!! My mum brought them back from KL and upon sinking my teeth into the strawberry filled one, it was heaven. However thinking about all that I have consumed today, erm ok maybe it ain't that heavenly.

40 more minutes to go. I have to hang in there!!!!

My mini sense of satsifaction.

After about a month of my tuition kid having gone missing, I FINALLY found her today. As in I called and voila she picked up! Turns out she kinda forgot about tuition entirely (uh-huh...) but my mini joy came from hearing that she did quite well for her exams! Definately a super good improvement. I guessed as much when her mum didn't call to fuss, but I didn't expect such good results! : )) Yay!

So tuition will be back on track soon and hopefull my money will come rolling in soon too. Ha ha ha

Such a hot night. I'm so bored I'm looking at my old pics. Then I realise I contracted a fair bit, then now expanded a little bit! So I shall try to get back to my contracted state. I hope I'm making sense.

I'm such a lazy bum.

Since yesterday I've been telling myself to go to the gym and work out a little and it's now already a sunday afternoon... but I'm still lazing at home! Am having this persistant cough which threatens to throw my lungs out of position but that's not an excuse. Hahaha..

This weekend has been quite a "Holiday planning" one. Mainly because I feel quite bored in Singapore and for the past month and a half the only place I've been to is KL, so therefore I decided to make some headway and DO something about it, but unfortunately my holiday partners are either away on another holiday, or are quite uninterested. So maybe a holiday on my own would be better.

I'm trying so hard to be independent nowadays. Maybe I've been disappointed quite alot of times so therefore I think toughening myself up is a better choice rather than relying on others all the time.

But then I haven't quite reached the stage of holiday-ing alone. I think maybe if I had to nurse a break-up (hope not) or something seriously drastic happens then I may go on one alone.

I was blog surfing just now when I came across this blog of a girl who is damn rich. I love reading such blogs because it amuses me a little to read how they can buy chanel and Balenciaga bags like how I probably buy potato chips from the supermarket. And her mother buys her chanel earrings out of the blue and in almost every picture you spot a new branded bag. Wow weeee..

On another blog this girl bought 342453 shoes from Shanghai for only 6sgd per pair. WOAH. That got me wanting to go to Shanghai bad enough. hahaha

Just 2 days back I bought a pair of peep toes from Far East and it cost me 23.90. I could have gotten 3 pairs already in Shanghai! I think I will return with a gazillion pairs. : )) Anyway shopping with Anne.anne was fun! Anne bought heaps. Haha but very pretty stuff indeed. Far East has got such pretty clothes recently. I bought a pretty top for myself too! Which I plan to wear on my upcoming special day. I hope all my effort in planning a nice evening doesn't go to waste though.

June's Sharity Camp brought about many angels to me. : ))))

The past two days have been fantastic! I enjoyed myself at the last sharity camp I went to, but this time it was even better. Taking care of lower primary kids (Primary one and two) was not an easy job, but definately super satisfying. Not forgetting, super tiring at the same time.

Mainly because they were soooo easy to please and be friends with, and because they were naive and reaallly pure and innocent. But then of course, they ran all over the place and it was tough keeping up. Haha

Gosh. I love them to bits! This girl kept sticking to me and I felt a bit irritated initially but I grew to love her and upon saying our goodbyes when she came and hugged me I think I nearly teared. She told me "Angie I like you alot!" I went all mush mush then.

Qing and I were put in charge of the blue team and they came in second. They were a tad disappointed but I was sooo happy to see them have some team spirit on the second day and they were super well behaved. I'm so proud of them!

So I've put up the many many pics that I took today when we went to the 2 homes. Been quite a long while since I last put up pics huh! Haha well mainly cos of my face which has healed pretty well since the major outbreak as you would see in the pics. Yay!

Well I'll leave you to look at the pics then! And all my angels... I'm gonna concuss before I go overboard describing how they melt my heart. Hahaha. Super tired!

I think 8 out of 10 times I'm hit by the idea to blog, it's when I'm annoyed.

Yea I am feeling a tad annoyed now but I shan't blog about that. Cos I can't put my finger on it either. So I'm gonna head to the gym (how often do u hear this from me right!) and just try to work out some of my itsy frustrations.

The weekend has been soccer-fied. Not that I watch every match faithfully, I will only do so for the England team, but the family has been glued to the tv set since the start. Haha. My dad even had to forgo Bukit Timah cos of that. Everybody scream WOW with me! Of course Aps and I were rather pleased after the o.m.g workout on sat that left her limbs near paralysed and mine half paralysed.

I developed flu symptoms over the weekend too and I make it worse by drinking a cold glass of Redoxon everyday coupled with some chilli bak kwa. Muhaha I just lovveeee Bak kwa when it comes around once in awhile. Super yummy! though this chilli one ain't exactly my type cos it sets my mouth on fire...

Am headed for the Sharity Camp tmr. Hope it'll be real fun with the little tots! Haha ok la they're not that young.. to be exact, their Sean's age (YEAUURRGGHHH) but I'm sure as a team they'd be perfect angels. I can't wait!

A pretty blessed day I had today : )

Got a teeny bit peeved at work but it all dissolved during supper. I came home as a happy bunny yet again! : )

I went into a state of shock when I finally got through the result page. Haha guess I had been trying too many times. Felt quite uptight about the results cos the semester hadn't exactly been a bed of roses and I had something to prove with these results. They didn't fail me. Great! I didn't perform exceptionally well, but just enough to make me smile and be thankful. : )

Am looking forward to nua-ing tmr!

I'm gonna sleep like a baby now. Haha why?! Cos I'm all decked out in my pyjama pants that have a satin-ish feel to the touch!

Ok this post is quite pointless... and if you can tell, the main point in blogging was that I wanted to tell everyone about my wonderful pyjama pants that I am so happy with and shall sleep in now.

MUHAHAHAHAHA.

I feel quite inspired after today's short aerobics session in the morning. I absolutely lack coordination, but it was still fun!

Now I feel quite energised to keep up with a regular exercise regime. If I ever keep to it that is... The next one we're going for will be the step-blitz. Hope it's fun too! Meanwhile in between I should try to slip in some gym sessions.. but it's no fun to do it alone. Bummer!

I bought an issue of Shape magazine the other day and just finished reading it last night.. I think it's a first that I've read in detail almost every page of the maagzine cos it's so informative!!!! Now I know how damn unhealthy I've been..

Haha oh wells it's time for some relaxing now before giving tuition later tonight. Easy Peasy time!

I can't fall asleep.

Evening naps are bad because I feel so cranky now.

I feel like talking yet words don't flow out. My mouth is heavily guarded.

I don't know what I want also. Perhaps for lethargy to seep in so that I can close my eyes and a great morning will come by tmr.

Today I feel as if my few days of sweetness has ended.

Well it was good while it lasted I suppose..

An anticipated phonecall, one fart and one scream later my phonecall ends in a horridly abrupt way.

I feel quite annoyed. At myself, for not controlling my own voice, and at the one who farted, for being so inconsiderate.

I had 232523412 things to say. Now I have none.

Aim to get this when I start working officially!!!! Been eyeing it for AGES. Sigh.. the white one is divine 

Here's a peek on what I've been indulging myself in recently!

Isn't it one pretty little thing! The Coach sale yesterday brought Aps, me and Hean to Dfs and we left with our own purchases! Aps and me bought the keyring above for ourselves cos it was sooo pretty. Now we can put mini photos in. Sweeeeet! We got ours in a brown shade of colour though! they didn't have the white available here.


Aps bought me a bag for my birthday too! Since the sale made it quite worth it, and I'm absolutely loving it : )

I haven't unpacked my purchases from yesterday yet. Was bushed! Prior to the nighttime madness, I went with Cher to Suntec City for some shopping too. Picked up some stuff at La Senza and went to the IT show to spy on Jason. Hahaha ya right.. it was quite a headache though with soooo many people and it was only thursday. I think if I went on saturday or sunday I would have given up at the entrance.

But last night ended sweet. : ))) Felt nice and fuzzy to feel the same old way again. : )
